Dulal is a creative problem solver with experience of working 10+ years in a dynamic and fast paced industry.
Throughout his career Dulal has been recognized as a collaborative innovator thriving on taking an idea to market. Having spent the majority of his career in Human Resources he has experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, People Metrics & Analytics, Mergers & Acquisitions and most recently Agility.
Currently, he is a Director, HR Consulting’ at Thomson Reuters – partnering with both the business and HR using an agile mindset to deliver employee-centred solutions that enable breakout growth, innovation and customer success. Although brought up in the heart of East London, he has lived and worked in the US. He is also a One Young World (global forum for young leaders) Ambassador having attended as a Delegate in Bangkok 2015, then as an Ambassador the following two years in Ottawa and Bogota.
Dulal is a certified Agile Team Coach and is passionate about helping people be the best that they can be.
